About the foundation and this site

The foundation raises money and material aid for people affected by the war: food, water, clothing, medicines, temporary housing and psychological support.

The site is an information resource of the foundation and a tool for collecting donations. It is not a financial institution, an exchange or a cryptocurrency conversion service.

Donations

• A donation is a voluntary and non-refundable gift, not a payment for goods or services.
• The only payment method on the site is cryptocurrency through the UseGateway payment gateway.
• Amounts on the site are shown in US dollars for reference; the actual amount in cryptocurrency is determined by the rate at the moment the payment is created.
• The blockchain network fee is paid by the sender. It is not income of the foundation.

Transactions are irreversible

A blockchain transfer cannot be cancelled or recalled. Check the address, the network and the amount carefully before confirming.

We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address, to an unsupported network, or in an incorrect amount. If a technical error occurred on our side, write to us and we will look into each case individually.

How we use the funds

All donations go towards the statutory purposes of the foundation. We reserve the right to reallocate funds between areas of aid depending on where the need is greater — unless a donation was earmarked under a separate arrangement.

We publish spending reports regularly and provide them on request.

Taxes

The tax treatment of a donation depends on the legislation of your country. We do not provide tax advice — please consult your own adviser about deductions and declarations.

Site content

The texts, photographs, logo and design of the site belong to the foundation or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

You are free to share the site's materials to spread the word about the fundraiser, provided you credit the source. Commercial use without the foundation's written consent is prohibited.

What is prohibited

• Announcing fundraisers on behalf of the foundation without written permission.
• Using the foundation's name or logo to mislead people.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, disrupt its operation or harvest user data.

Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The foundation is not liable for losses connected with temporary unavailability of the site, blockchain network failures or the actions of third-party services.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by UseGateway under its own terms. By proceeding to payment you also accept the terms of that service. The foundation does not control its operation and is not responsible for it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation are heard by the courts at the foundation's location.
